CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa A suspicious utility bill led to the arrest of a man accused of growing marijuana in his home. Michael Martin, 44, of Cedar Point, was arrested after state drug agents received a tip, according to court records filed last week.Court records indicate that state agents subpoenaed Martin's energy bill after that were told his heating bills weren't very high because of heat generated by the growing operation found in his basement. While Martin's gas bill was similar to his neighbors, his electrical bill was about four times as high, court records show. Inside Martin's house, agents found 34 marijuana plants with a street value of about $34,000.
